We are a family business based in Emleben, Thuringia. Since we have been fully dedicated to the production and distribution of grain conveying technology, ventilation technology and grain cleaning for 37 years now, we are absolute specialists in our field and know what is important. Specifically in the areas of „mobile conveying technology“ and „overload screws“, our product portfolio has become one of the most extensive available on the market.

This is how we create optimal solutions and high-quality products to facilitate everyday work in the conveying, aeration and cleaning of grain. Finding individual solutions for exceptional requirements is our area of expertise. We listen carefully to our clients and rely on direct and individual advice. Since our founding in 1987, our core business has crystallized: „Overloading augers for fertilizer and seeds“ and „Mobile conveying technology“.
Our company history
Company owner Wolfgang Kaiser manages a farm in Canada for 8 years, as well as a cash crop farm near Wiesbaden. He was the one who conceived the idea of bringing powerful mobile screw conveyors to the German market - inspired by the model of high-performance Canadian grain conveying technology.
Wolfgang Kaiser founded the company CANAGRO. The name says it all: the company's focus is on importing Canadian conveyor technology.Screw conveyors are available with a capacity of 15 t/h to 180 t/h, maximum transfer heights up to 21 m and lengths up to 33 m.
A large portion of the technology is imported from Canada to the company's Wiesbaden location. The business is growing rapidly through „mouth-to-mouth“ propaganda. Customers particularly appreciate the quality and service of CANAGRO. Long-standing business relationships develop, some of which continue to this day, and these relationships have become friendly in nature.
Following German reunification, CANAGRO opened a branch in Emleben near Gotha in Thuringia. Initially used as a sales and storage facility, Emleben soon becomes a production site after the construction of two new factory halls and the modernization of the office buildings.CANAGRO now manufactures its own flat bearing extraction systems and overloading augers for fertilizer and seeds.
CANAGRO optimizes products and processes and is a pioneer in the production of screw conveyors on the German market. CANAGRO products are now very well known among German farmers. The expertise, practicality and customer proximity, as well as the commitment of the family, are particularly valued. The entire family works in the company in addition to the employees.
CANAGRO is increasingly specializing in screw conveyors and overloading augers - classic, mobile, or stationary. Even complex customer orders can be fulfilled thanks to its long-standing expertise and the necessary staff.A dedicated design department will be established at the Emleben site, where designers and technical draftsmen will work on new conveyor technology solutions.Well-known sewing machine manufacturers (Lemken, Väderstad, Amazone, Maschio, Pöttinger, Kuhn) are being acquired as customers.
In recent years, CANAGRO GmbH has consistently invested in the structural and strategic development of the company. In addition to the construction of two large round-arched halls to expand production and logistics capacities, the acquisition of an innovative welding robot significantly increased efficiency in manufacturing. Additionally, the investment in a plasma cutting device made it possible to respond more flexibly to the increasingly specific wishes of customers
At the same time, comprehensive program expansions took place, which led to a targeted expansion of the product portfolio and its adaptation to the requirements of modern agriculture. The range of cleaning services has been expanded to include a mobile pre-cleaner and various double screen cleaner models. The series depth of the overloading augers was extended with the DF, DHV and HD series, and the Dualine dosing system for seed treatment was incorporated into in-house production.
In parallel, international sales were further intensified: CANAGRO GmbH's high-quality products are increasingly presented at international trade fairs and successfully distributed in markets such as France, England, Romania, Austria, Sweden, Hungary and large parts of Southern Europe – thereby increasingly establishing the company as an international supplier.
Another significant milestone in the company's history was the generational change in 2018, when the management of Mr. Wolfgang Kaiser passed to his son Frank Kaiser.
