CANAGRO presents a combination of a cleaning screw and a windscreen with a power output of 35, 50 or 80 t/h. It quickly and effectively cleans grains and legumes of chaff, dust, other fine and coarse parts and reduces DON levels.

This process achieves high efficiency and excellent cleaning results. The conveyed material is first conveyed in a cleaning screw approximately 4 – 5 m long and inclined, depending on the model and performance, over a 2 – 2.50 m long sieve surface (hole sheets of 3 – 6 mm). Various sizes of perforated sheets are available to match the specific material being conveyed, in order to achieve an optimal result. The cleaning screw is used to remove dust, broken grains and fine particles – i.e., particles that are usually only not separated to this extent by cleaners with air.

Also for organic farms.

Especially with coarse-grained conveyed material such as peas, beans, soybeans, lupins and corn, cleaning (cleaning) via the sieve floor is very effective even with high weed infestation. This also applies to organically grown grain with high stocking. This can be almost completely removed via the sieve base.
