OSC vibrating screen - 1 screen insert.

The OSC model is a grain pre-cleaner with ONE vibrating screen, for cleaning or pre-cleaning larger impurities such as stones, soil, straw, ears, from the starting material.

The OSC model is primarily suitable for pre-cleaning. The OSC series is based on the directed vibration of the sieve, which ensures the sieving of the granular mass and the separation of sliding verunrei- ni- gungen by a special chute. Productivity depends on the size of the sieve area.

The OSC series can be built as a stationary unit (OSC), but can also be used on a mobile frame (OSCS).

DSC vibrating screen - 2 screen inserts.

The DSC model is a two-axis high-performance machine with two vibrating screens for advanced pre-cleaning of the grain types and seeds from large and small impurities. The first sieve with larger holes separates large impurities from the starting material – straw, spikelets, stones, soil pieces, etc., which are drained to the side by means of a chute.

Conversely, the second sieve with smaller holes filters out light contaminants such as dust, chaff, pieces of straw, grain, etc., while the granular mass slides through the front chute. DSCs are used as independent units.

DOUBLE SIEVE CLEANER WITH EXTRACTION FUNCTION FOR SEED PROCESSING AT THE FARM

The DS 1 grain cleaner is a system for cleaning grain, fine seeds and oilseeds. All grains that differ in grain size can be read out in this way.

The cleaner separates into 3 sizes:
Too small/dust, cleaned goods and too large.

On the inlet side, the DS 1 cleaner is equipped with an inlet funnel. The 3 outlets are for the 3 cleaning fractions.
