Our high-performance EMD series screw conveyors are the perfect solution for the flexible and efficient transport of bulk materials. As a specialist in mobile conveying technology, we have continuously developed our screw conveyors and adapted them to the requirements of the German market.

With conveying capacities of 25 to 120 tons per hour, pipe lengths of 7.80 to 21.30 meters and conveying heights up to 14.50 meters, our screw conveyors offer impressive efficiency for diverse applications.


The robust chassis of our EMD series is characterized by its flexibility and impact force and is also suitable for inter-company use. The reset chassis allows for more protrusion for optimal feeding of flat bearings, while the generous clearance in the intake and exhaust areas ensures smooth material feeding. The stepless adjustability of the conveying height via a robust winch ensures precise adaptation to the respective requirements.

The right drive for every operation

  • Electric motor, two-stage electric motor, power take-off shaft, hydraulic motor, combined drive: electric & hydraulic motor


Robust chassis and differentiated torque transmission


Power is transmitted from the electric motor to the bevel gear via large-dimensioned pulleys. From there, the torque is transferred to the screw head via a drive shaft and then to the screw conveyor via offset sprocket.
The torque is thus repeatedly reduced and brought to the screw conveyor. This type of drive allows for a drive unit in the lower third of the worm tube. The advantages are a greater effective protrusion from the wheel to the run-out, good weight compensation/handling, plenty of clearance in the intake and exhaust areas, and an optimal speed range of 450 rpm.

Feed screw

Simply shunting to the inlet of the following devices shortens the unloading process. Thanks to the lightweight chassis and the rollers on the inlet hopper, the feed screw can be easily swiveled towards the trailer, easily moved, and is effortless to handle by one person. Feed screws are frequently used in confined spaces, e.g. in driveways.

Mobile screw conveyors with lightweight chassis

The mobile screw conveyors are of the same design as a standard screw conveyor with a motor mounted on the outlet side. They are additionally equipped with a simple chassis for internal use, e.g. for feeding fertilizer spreaders or seed drills from the yard.
