Our screw conveyors with integrated, removable dosing unit enable precise dosing and uniform material application via compressed air. They combine gentle transport with efficient processing, eliminating the need for separate conveyors or pickling stations. Due to their retrofit capability on existing screw conveyors, they offer maximum flexibility with minimal effort.

Innovative character compared to the previous state of the art

The Dualine represents a world premiere: A robust screw conveyor with a quickly removable dosing unit enables seamless „pour-pickling conveying“ without additional equipment for the first time.

Compared to conventional retrofit kits or separate systems, there is no need for any conversion, transshipment and additional space requirements.

Technical data

  • At variable throughput rates of 6 to 35 t/h, it ensures constant, uninterrupted grain flow without transshipment operations or setup pauses.

  • The integrated dosing pump delivers dosing accuracies of ±1% from 100 ml of stain per ton of seed.

  • In practice, farmers save up to 30% on working time by eliminating separate pickling and conveying routines and reduce the land requirement on the farm by 40%.

  • Thanks to the homogeneous coating, the consumption of mordant can be reduced by up to 20%, while the germination rate increases by 5–10%.

  • The energy consumption is only 0.2 kWh/t grain and the modular acceptance of the dosing unit allows for year-round use as a filling and transport screw.

  • The closed design minimizes contact between the pickling agent and significantly increases occupational safety.

  • The intuitive operation allows for calibration in 10 minutes.

  • Cleaning and residual quantity emptying is completed in just a few minutes thanks to air support and suitable maintenance openings.

Feed screw

Simply shunting to the inlet of the following devices shortens the unloading process. Thanks to the lightweight chassis and the rollers on the inlet hopper, the feed screw can be easily swiveled towards the trailer, easily moved, and is effortless to handle by one person. Feed screws are frequently used in confined spaces, e.g. in driveways.

The mobile screw conveyors are of the same design as a standard screw conveyor with a motor mounted on the outlet side. They are additionally equipped with a simple chassis for internal use, e.g. for feeding fertilizer spreaders or seed drills from the yard.
