CANAGRO overloading augers enable you to efficiently load and unload numerous bulk materials. It is not without reason that we can claim to possess the highest quality and most comprehensive overloading augers currently available on the market.
Our innovative loading machines are designed to transport the material gently and evenly in order to minimize damage and losses. To steadily promote the efficiency of agriculture, innovative thinking is needed. For this reason, we developed the „special entrance“, which is unique in Europe.
Not only our conveyor systems, but also the majority of CANAGRO overloading augers are equipped with this special feeder. The special feed is a spiral with a handle, which ensures that we achieve up to 15% higher service life and conveying capacity compared to standard conveying spirals.
GNA/GVA series
The GNA/GVA series overloading augers are the classic among overloading augers. They are primarily used for filling seed drills and fertilizer spreaders with low loading heights and are manufactured by us in galvanized steel (GNA) or stainless steel (GVA) versions.
UHV series
The UHV series is particularly suitable for customers who want to fill higher seed containers or drawn fertilizer spreaders and still prefer the rear discharge. Despite their compact transport position, the UHV series overloading augers enable a long range. Basic cultivation and switching between different trailers is easy to implement.
HD Series
For farmers and agricultural businesses, the advantages are obvious: with these overloading augers you have good helpers for everyday work. The flexible application possibilities make this mobile overloading auger a true all-rounder. Thanks to its robust chassis, sprung axle, road approval, and lighting, the overloading auger is easy to transport behind a trailer.
DF series
Side-folding overloading augers are true jack-of-all-trades. Even with an extremely tilted trailer, they reach loading heights of 4.50 m. The advantages of this design lie in the large handover heights, the good range and the compact transport position.

From spiral to material flow: How overloading augers work!
Overloading screws operate on the principle of continuous screw movement.
They consist of a spiral worm gear located inside a casing tube and driven by a motor. This motor generates a rotary motion that sets the spiral into circular movements.
The rotation of the screw helix moves the material from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. The material is continuously transported forward while being held by the screw helix.
From here it either goes into a transport vehicle, a fertilizer spreader or to a silo for storage.
